Sara, the Service Advisor, was very nice and patient with me, answering all my questions. (I am new to PA and was upset my car needed a lot of service to pass the safety inspection.) Mike, was the technician who worked on my car and did a great job. The car drove nicely and of course passed the inspection!

Quick and professional

The technicians identified problems that would have prevented the car from passing inspection. Sarah ordered the parts as soon as I had agreed to the repairs, and the technicians were able to install them so that I could have the car early the next morning.

They're so understanding and they have LOANER cars. So few places do this!! My life isn't completely disrupted by car issues!
